Russell Cripps

Russell returns to the Executive after a year abroad (how grand that sounds!) perfecting,...well... improving his German. He has served the G&S Society of UBC as Secretary, Treasurer, Bookings Rep, and Member at Far, but hasn't been a Member at Large yet. He's looking forward to trying it out, because he finds "at large" sounds vaguely criminal, like "on the loose".

Before leaving the country, Herr Cripps studied Voice and German at UBC, participated in the G&S Society of UBC's productions of HMS Pinafore, Cowboys of Penzance, and Ruddigore, and took part in club reviews, revues, auctions, and other events. This year he'll be hitting the books again to get a B.Ed at UBC, and continuing to resist the coffee addiction afflicting many other exec members.
